Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Spinach - 120 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lightly simmer the spinach in a dry frying pan to remove excess moisture.
Chop the spinach with garlic in a blender.
Add the curd cheese and whisk the spread.
Season it to taste.
