Pre-soak chickpeas for 4 hours in cold water.
Flip into a colander, rinse, pour in fresh water and boil for 40 minutes.
Drain the broth into a separate container, cool the chickpeas slightly.
Grind sesame seeds in a blender to a powdery state.
Place boiled chickpeas and chopped sesame seeds in the blender bowl.
Add oil, lemon juice, 150 ml of warm broth, salt, ground pepper and grind to a homogeneous consistency.
