Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut red fish, crab sticks and tomatoes into thin strips.
Finely chop the greens and mix with cream cheese. Add salt, pepper and crushed garlic to the same place.
Smear the pita bread with cheese mass and carefully arrange the filling.
Roll up a tight roll, tighten it into a film and send it to the refrigerator for an hour.
In principle, you can eat such a roll right away, but then you won't be able to cut it. There will be something like a crab shawarma.
