Recently I decided to try a recipe for baked rolls with bacon. I must admit that it was not easy. Like most similar dishes, the appetizer requires skill. To simplify your task a little, I advise you to buy bacon cut into thin slices.
Ingredients
- Round rice - 200 g
- Crab meat - 200 g
- Bacon (slices) – 100 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Rice vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 350 ml
- Cream cheese - 120 g
- Tabasco - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the rice, put it in a saucepan and pour cold water over it.
Boil for 12 minutes over medium heat, and then drain the remaining liquid.
Mix hot rice with vinegar, salt and sugar.
Slice the crab meat and cucumbers.
Cut the bacon into strips according to the size of the future rolls.
Spread a bamboo mat on the table, lay out a layer of rice and lightly tamp it.
Put cucumbers and crab meat on the wide side with a strip.
Roll up the roll, cut into small pieces.
Wrap each roll in bacon.
Cream cheese mix with tabasco.
Carefully spoon the resulting mixture on top of the rolls.
Bake for 5 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
