Decided to eat right? Then you will need the recipe of PP Julienne. Instead of cream and milk, sour cream with a low percentage of fat content is used. It should also be noted that the main ingredients are not fried, but stewed in a small amount of water.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Champignons - 400 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Cheese - 100 g
- Sour cream (15% fat content) – 100 g
- Nutmeg - on the tip of the knife
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Salt - 1,5 tsp.
- Water - 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken fillet, mushrooms and peeled onions.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Put the onion in a frying pan, add a couple of tablespoons of water and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add the champignons, black pepper and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add the fillets and simmer all together for another 5 minutes.
Put the workpiece in a greased mold.
Mix sour cream, salt, nutmeg and remaining water.
Pour the sauce into the mold and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover the mold with foil and bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
Carefully remove the foil and put PP Julienne in the oven for another 5 minutes.
