The recipe for an unusual snack was invented in France in the era of King Louis IX. Since then, many original variations with meat, fish and mushrooms have appeared. Today we will focus in more detail on the recipe for tuna tartare. I like to cook it with mango.
Ingredients
- Tuna - 300 g
- Mango - 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Chili sauce - 1 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,3 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pre-remove tuna fillets in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
Finely chop the tuna fillet.
Mix the resulting mass with butter, lemon juice, sauces, spices and salt. Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Peel the mango, cut off the pulp, chop.
Place the serving dish on a plate, lay out a layer of mango and smooth.
Add the tuna billet and lightly tamp.
