- Chicken legs - 3 pieces

- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Cheese - 100 g
- Adjika - 1 tsp.
- Tomato sauce - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Marinate the hams in mayonnaise, adjika and spices to taste for half an hour.
Fry them on the grill until they are ready, let them cool down a little and disassemble the meat into a shawarma.
Grate the cheese, finely chop all the vegetables, chop the greens and mix the filling with chicken.
Smear the pita bread with tomato sauce, lay out the filling, roll up the shawarma and lightly fry it on the coals.
