Prepare the coconut, drain the liquid and split into two parts.
Separate the white pulp from the shell
Using a vegetable peeler, cut the coconut pulp into thin slices.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the pieces of coconut and send it to the oven for 40 minutes, preheated to 110 degrees. Turn the coconut pieces over from time to time.
