Meat rolls are not only an alternative to purchased ham. They also allow you to experiment with different fillings and additions, creating your own unique recipes. One of my favorites is a minced meat roll with egg and onion.
Ingredients
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Starch - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil three hard-boiled eggs and let cool. Clean it up.
Finely chop the onion and mix with the minced meat, spices and the remaining egg.
Put the minced meat on the foil in an even layer.
Put the peeled whole eggs on top and sprinkle with starch.
Roll the roll with foil and bake it in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
