Planning a picnic or a long road? Be sure to take a chicken roll with you for a snack. You can easily cook it according to this recipe. And to keep the snack warm longer, just wrap it in several layers of foil.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Peking cabbage - 150 g
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 50 ml
- Mustard - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Lavash (thin) – 2 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces.
Put on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until golden brown. On average, it takes 15 minutes.
Cut the finished fillet into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Chop the cabbage and tomatoes.
Mix the vegetables with salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Spread the pita bread on the table and brush with mustard.
Lay out the vegetable stock and fried fillet.
Roll up the roll and lightly brown on the grill.
