Exotic appetizer based on your favorite salad. A mandatory ingredient of the Caesar roll with shrimp is the sauce of the same name. You can buy it in the store or cook it yourself by choosing a recipe to your taste.
Ingredients
- Round rice (boiled) – 300 g
- Shrimp (boiled) – 150 g
- Tomatoes - 150 g
- Parmesan - 60 g
- Rice vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Sauce (Caesar) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix rice, vinegar and sugar. Cover with a lid and set aside for 10 minutes.
Wash the shrimp with boiling water and peel off the shells.
Peel tomatoes and cut into cubes.
Spread a bamboo mat on the table. Lay out a layer of rice and lightly tamp.
Place a nori leaf on top and brush with caesar sauce.
Place the shrimp and tomatoes on one wide edge with a strip.
Use a bamboo mat to roll up a tight roll.
Cut into portions, put on a plate and sprinkle with grated parmesan on top.
