- Cheese - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 40 g
- Corn flour - 40 g
- Breadcrumbs - 40 g
- Vegetable oil - 150 ml
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the cheese into pieces about 1 cm thick. I have ready-made small heads that are sold like that.
Beat the egg with salt until light foam. Mix both types of flour separately.
Roll each piece of cheese in flour, then in egg, and then in breadcrumbs.
Fry in vegetable oil for literally 40 seconds on each side.
