Most likely, you have not tried this version of hummus yet. It is prepared from chickpeas and baked eggplants. You can continue cooking experiments and cook a vegetable on the grill. In any case, the snack turns out delicious, light and fragrant!


Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the eggplants, peel and cut into small pieces.

Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the eggplants and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Grind sesame seeds in a coffee grinder.

Put chickpeas, olive oil, paprika and peeled garlic cloves in a blender bowl. Grind everything until smooth.

Add sesame seeds, salt, lemon juice and eggplant. Continue the blender for another 4-5 minutes. The mass should be smooth and homogeneous.
