Ingredients
- Herring - 800 g
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Greenery - 2 twigs
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Processed cheese - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and let cool.
Chop the herring, onion, garlic and herbs very finely. Mash the yolk with a fork, and grate the protein.
Grate the melted cheese on the same grater and mix all the ingredients.
