Cut all the vegetables into thin round slices.

Put the eggplants on paper towels, cover with more paper towels and leave under the press for a couple of minutes to remove excess moisture.

Dry the chips in the dryer or in the slightly open oven at 70-80 degrees in one layer to the desired state. Usually it is 4-5 hours.

Season them to taste.
