Ingredients
- Lentils - 1 glass
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the lentils according to the instructions. Save the broth.
Separately boil the carrots until tender.
Chop the lentils, carrots, chili and garlic in a blender.
Bring the spread to a comfortable consistency by adding a decoction.
Season the spread to taste.
