Ingredients
- Duck (wild) – 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 50 g
- Meat broth (from duck) – 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the skin from the duck meat, remove the bones, wash and fill with clean water.
Bring to a boil, add spices to taste and cook the duck for up to 1.5 hours until soft.
Chop the onion and carrot, and fry in olive oil.
Pass the vegetables and duck through a meat grinder and add spices and soft butter.
Bring the pate to the desired consistency by adding the broth.
