Fragrant fish balls are especially good with homemade mayonnaise sauces and herbs. I had this snack eaten even by guests who, in principle, do not eat fish. To keep them in shape and evenly fried, use a deep fryer.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the fish into pieces of any shape and grind in a blender.

Add the egg, salt and spices to the minced meat, and knead.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater and roll it into small balls.

With wet hands, make small cakes of minced fish, put cheese on each and form balls with stuffing.

Roll each ball in breadcrumbs and fry in small portions deep-fried for 7-10 minutes.
