Ingredients
- Squid - 500 g
- Soy sauce - 150 ml
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Hot red pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Sesame oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the squid into circles, finely chop the chili, garlic and parsley.
Put everything in a frying pan on preheated sesame oil. Immediately pepper and add soy sauce.
Fry the squid rings, stirring, for about 3-4 minutes.
