Of all the dozens and hundreds of varieties of shawarma, this Hawaiian recipe is one of my favorites. I highly recommend it to all fans of interesting flavor combinations. Like any shawarma, it is simply prepared, and at the same time very satisfying.
Ingredients
- Lavash - 2 of the sheet
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Corn - 4 art.l.
- Pineapple - 4 rings
- Peking cabbage - 2 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken into strips and fry in spices to taste until tender.
Chop the cabbage and slice the pineapples.
Brush the pita bread with cream cheese, sprinkle with grated cheese and put all the filling.
Wrap the shawarma and lightly fry in a dry frying pan or on the grill.
