Recently, in search of a snack recipe, I came across julienne with chicken and mushrooms. The dish is familiar to many, but often undeservedly forgotten. I propose to restore justice and start cooking it right now. I tell you about everything in detail further.

Chop chicken fillet, mushrooms, peeled garlic and onion.

Put the onion in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the mushrooms and cook until the moisture evaporates.

Add the fillets and continue to fry for another 10 minutes.

Mix milk, cream, salt and ground pepper.

Pour into a frying pan, add garlic and simmer all together for 5 minutes.

Spread the workpiece into greased molds and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Put it in the oven for 15 minutes, preheated to 180 degrees.
