The combination of avocado with shrimp can already be rightfully called a classic. In this recipe, it is diluted with finely chopped cucumbers and tuna. When serving, decorate the snack with a couple of leaves of curly parsley – it will perfectly complement the picture.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the bone and part of the pulp to make a comfortable boat. Sprinkle the halves with lemon juice.
Boil or fry the peeled shrimp to taste and sprinkle with spices.
Very finely chop the cucumber and bell pepper.
Mash some tuna with a fork, mix everything together and fill with avocado.
Put the shrimp on top and garnish with herbs.
