Delicious and unusual pate can be made not only from meat and liver, but also from other ingredients. And not always obvious. Once such a pate of their smoked mackerel was a real surprise for me, and today I will share the recipe with you.
Ingredients
- Mackerel (smoked) – 1 piece
- Cream cheese - 200 g
- Dill - 4 twigs
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the mackerel and divide into fillets.
Chop the fillets in a blender and whisk with spices and cream cheese.
Add chopped dill and sprinkle with lemon juice to taste.
