- Bread - 2 slices
- Spinach - 60 g
- Cilantro - 2 twigs
- Cherry tomatoes - 4-6 pieces
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the chickpeas overnight and the next day boil it in the same water until soft.
Leave a glass of liquid, and chop the chickpeas in a blender with olive oil and lemon juice.
Separately chop the sesame seeds into a paste and also send them to the chickpeas. Or take a ready-made tahini.
Add spices, grind everything again with a blender and adjust the consistency with the remaining broth.
Randomly chop the spinach, cilantro and cherry, and fry in olive oil for a couple of minutes.
Put hummus on the bread, and tomatoes with spinach on top.
