Ripe avocado and fragrant pesto sauce always go well with each other. In order not to waste time in vain, you can take a ready-made store-bought pesto. I prefer more fragrant types with basil or rosemary.
Ingredients
- Bread - 4 slices
- Pesto sauce - 4 art.l.
- Quail eggs - 4 pieces
- Avocado - 1-2 pieces
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the quail eggs for 4 minutes after boiling.
Dry the pieces of bread in a frying pan and brush with butter.
Place thin slices of avocado and quarters of eggs on top. Pour over all the pesto.
