Vegetarian rolls can be not only vegetable. In my arsenal there is such a delicious and quick recipe with fried tofu and carrots. By the way, this is a very affordable snack thanks to simple and inexpensive ingredients.
Ingredients
- Round rice - 150 g
- Water - 300 ml
- Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Tofu - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Nori - 4 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice in boiling water according to the instructions and season with vinegar, sugar and salt.
Lightly boil the carrots until soft and cut all the vegetables into strips.
Cut the tofu into plates and marinate in soy sauce with spices for 15 minutes.
Fry the tofu on both sides until golden and cut into cubes.
Put a layer of rice on the nori sheets, not reaching the edge.
From the opposite edge, lay out the filling and form tight rolls.
