For those who do not like meat, there is an excellent recipe for julienne with mushrooms and squid. I advise you to prepare a snack from chilled seafood, but if there are no such, the defrosting procedure should be performed according to all the rules. Otherwise, squid can get tough.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel, rinse and slice the squid.

Chop the mushrooms and peeled onions. Grate the cheese.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent.

Add the mushrooms and fry until all the moisture evaporates. It usually takes about 10 minutes.

Add the squid, stir and turn off the heat after 1 minute.

Melt the butter separately in a frying pan.

Add flour and fry until golden brown, stirring frequently.

Add warm cream, ground pepper, salt and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Put the squid with mushrooms in greased molds.

Pour the sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
