My favorite way to cook lard is to twist it through a meat grinder with garlic. Then it can be spread on sandwiches – very tasty and fast. I share my favorite everyday recipe in a hurry. I'm sure you'll like it too!

Ingredients

  • Lard - 300 g
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Paprika - 1 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pass the lard and peeled garlic through a meat grinder.

If you want a more uniform consistency, skip it again.

Add spices to taste.
