Grilled vegetables are always healthier and tastier than simply fried. It doesn't matter if you have a barbecue or a special frying pan – such canapes will always be good. Be sure to garnish them with chopped herbs or green onions before serving.

Cut the zucchini into slices, and the pepper into slices. Cut the cherry in half.

Grill the vegetables for a couple of minutes on each side. Also fry the bread.

Randomly arrange the vegetables on slices of bread and decorate the canapes with herbs and chopped green onions.
