- Herring (fillet) – 800 g
- Beans (canned) – 1 bank
- Onion - 1 piece
- Apples - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel onions and apples. Rinse the beans under running water.
Pass all ingredients, including herbs, through a meat grinder 1-2 times.
Season the forshmak with olive oil and spices.
