Bruschetta with crab and avocado is a fairly easy-to-prepare treat for guests and for every day. In my opinion, the filling of avocado and crab is perfect both in flavor combination and saturation.
Ingredients
- White bread - 4 pieces
- Avocado - 1 half
- Crab meat - 200 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l
- Olive oil - 1 tsp
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Toast the bread in a frying pan until crisp. Rub the bread with garlic and brush with olive oil.
Wash the avocado, separate it from the bone and cut it into cubes or slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice so that the avocado does not darken. Tear the crab meat into strips.
Put avocado, crab meat on bread. Garnish with cherry tomatoes after cutting them in half.
