A wonderful dish for a romantic dinner, intimate gatherings with friends and a cozy family evening. Cook julienne with chanterelles and chicken in portioned cocotnits or bake in a large pot. In any case, it will be very tasty!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Chanterelles - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cream - 150 ml
- Cheese - 80 g
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 5 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut chicken fillet, prepared chanterelles and peeled onion.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Fry chanterelles in oil for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add onion, ground pepper, salt and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Add the chicken fillet and fry for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with flour, pour in cream and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
Arrange the workpiece into molds and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
