- Tomatoes - 800 g
- Purple onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Cilantro - 2 twigs
- Parsley - 2 twigs
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tomatoes and chop them with a blender.
Fry the chopped onion and garlic in a spoonful of oil until golden.
Pour in the tomato and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
Add spices and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add the chopped herbs and remove the sauce from the heat.
