Ingredients
- Meat bones (beef) – 3 kg
- Carrots - 2 piece
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Tomato paste - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Allspice - 4 peas
- Black Pepper - 6 peas
- Water - 7 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Brush the bones with oil, put them on a covered baking sheet and bake for 1.5-2 hours at 200 degrees.
Transfer the bones to a large saucepan. Add spices, tomato paste, peeled carrots and onions.
Pour in water and cook for 8 hours on low heat.
Strain the resulting liquid through a double layer of gauze.
Put the pan on low heat and cook for another 1.5 hours.
Strain the broth again, pour into the prepared container and cool.
