Suddenly there were guests? Treat them to delicious hot dogs. This recipe is simple and won't take you much time. You will need special buns, sausages, gherkins and sauerkraut. You can add mayonnaise, mustard or different sauces.
Ingredients
- Bun (for hot dogs) – 4 pieces
- Sausages - 4 pieces
- Cucumbers (salted gherkins) – 250 g
- Sauerkraut - 200 g
- Mustard - 4 tsp.
- Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp.l.
- Honey - 1 art.l.
- Butter - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the sausages in butter on both sides.
Mix Dijon mustard and honey.
Cut the buns lengthwise, leaving one side whole.
Brush mustard inside the bun. Put the cabbage, cucumbers and sausage.
Add a mixture of honey and Dijon mustard.
