All lovers of chips are well aware that this is by no means the most useful product. But this applies only to store packs with additives and flavors. And what if you cook homemade chips yourself? You will only need potatoes and an oven!
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the peeled potatoes into slices 2 mm thick. Pour cold water for a couple of minutes and dry on paper towels.
Sprinkle the potatoes with salt and paprika, drizzle with oil and mix.
Put the chips on the parchment in one layer, cover with a second sheet of parchment and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Let the chips cool down and you can serve them to the table!
