I don't like to change plans, so when I saw that there were no mushrooms at home, I cooked julienne with chicken without them. It turned out unusual, but delicious. My family and I unanimously came to the conclusion that such a dish can sometimes also be cooked.

Cut the fillet and peeled onion.
Grate the cheese.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until transparent.
Add the fillets and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with flour, salt, nutmeg and mix.
Pour in warm cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
Spread the workpiece into greased molds and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake julienne for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
