- Baguette - 4 slices
- Fig - 2 pieces
- Cheese - 4 slices
- Thyme - 2 twigs
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Sesame oil - 1,5 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and fry it in sesame oil until soft.
Pour in the balsamic, add salt, add sugar and continue to fry until caramelized.
Dry the baguette slices in a frying pan and put a small piece of cheese on top.
Place the onion, fig circles and a couple of thyme leaves on top.
