- Onion - 20 g
- Olives - 30 g
- Tomatoes - 40 g
- Bell pepper - 40 g
- Cheese - 80 g
- Mozzarella - 80 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and leave for 15 minutes.
Add flour, salt and butter, knead the dough and leave it warm for an hour.
Finely chop the chicken and fry until tender.
Randomly chop the remaining ingredients for the filling and mix everything.
Roll out the dough into a circle and put the filling in half.
Fold in half and pinch the edges of the calzone.
Brush with egg as desired. Make a couple of steam holes.
Put the calzone in the oven for about half an hour at 180 degrees until browned.
