Ingredients
- Squid - 500 g
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Completely defrost the squid carcasses and cut them into rings.
Mix flour with salt, beat eggs separately and prepare breadcrumbs.
Dip each ring first in flour, then in egg, then in breadcrumbs.
Fry them in boiling oil for about 4 minutes.
