Ingredients
- Garlic - 250 g
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the peeled garlic in a blender.
Add salt, oil and lemon juice, and whisk again.
Put the paste in a sterile jar, pour another spoonful of oil on top, and roll it up.
