Most often, garlic is rolled into jars with whole cloves. But today I propose to try to cook such a universal garlic paste. And in the future you will be able to add it to dishes directly with a spoon – and you do not need to grind anything or pass it through a press.

Ingredients

  • Garlic - 250 g
  • Olive oil - 30 ml
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Salt - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the peeled garlic in a blender.

Add salt, oil and lemon juice, and whisk again.

Put the paste in a sterile jar, pour another spoonful of oil on top, and roll it up.
