Of course, nowadays fresh greens can be found in supermarkets at any time of the year. But still, at the height of the season, it is especially tasty and fragrant. Therefore, I like to stock up on preparations of my favorite dishes in advance, so as not to deny myself anything in winter.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop basil leaves, seeds, parmesan and garlic in a blender. Instead of seeds, cedar or any other nuts are suitable.

Add lemon juice and spices, and mix well.

Then add olive oil to the desired sauce consistency.

Store the workpiece in an airtight container in the freezer – it feels great there for up to six months.
