Cut the feijoa into slices, and remove the zest from the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
Boil water with sugar and add lemon juice with zest. Boil for 5 minutes.
Pour in the feijoa syrup and leave to cool.
Bring the jam to a boil, boil for 10 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
