Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate for 15 minutes in soy sauce, spices, garlic and chopped chili.

Fry the tofu in sesame oil, stirring.

Chop the avocado in a blender and add lime juice and salt.

Put the avocado on slices of bread. Put the salad leaves on top.

Put the tofu cubes on the greens and sprinkle everything with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
