Ingredients
- Potatoes - 5 pieces
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices and put them on paper towels to remove moisture.
Mix the slices with oil, salt and spices.
Put them on parchment in one layer and put the chips in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
