For this recipe, you will need soft ripe avocados – preferably in a brown peel. Then guests can easily eat the pulp with a spoon along with the filling. Moreover, it turns out such a pleasant combination with canned tuna and fresh cilantro.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the bones and, as necessary, slightly deepen the place for the filling with a spoon.

Sprinkle the halves with lemon juice.

Finely chop the pepper, cilantro and green onion, and mix everything with canned tuna.

Fill the halves with filling and serve.
