- Tilapia - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sour cream and flour until smooth consistency of thick sour cream.
Cut the fillet of white fish into strips and sprinkle with spices.
Dip each strip in the batter and fry on both sides until golden about 7 minutes over medium heat.
