Not everyone can cook perfect rolls. Fortunately, there are other recipes that allow you to enjoy your favorite dish without having the necessary experience. One of these is the lazy Philadelphia roll and today I will tell you how to cook it.
Ingredients
- Round rice (boiled) – 250 g
- Salmon (lightly salted) – 150 g
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Nori - 1 sheet
- Rice vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix rice, vinegar and sugar. Cover with a lid and set aside for 10 minutes.
Finely chop the salmon and nori.
Mix rice, fish, nori and cheese.
Form small balls, put them on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
