Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 500 g
- Carrots - 200 g
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Greenery - 10 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Wine vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Ground ginger - 0,5 tsp.
- Hop-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes, herbs, hot pepper, peeled onion and garlic.
Grate the carrots on a special grater.
Mix carrots with spices and sugar, pour hot oil. Stir, cover with cling film and set aside for 10 minutes.
Mix pickled carrots with tomatoes, herbs, hot pepper, onion and garlic.
Add vinegar, salt, sesame seeds and mix again. Put the snack in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
