Ingredients
- Red Currant - 700 g
- Lime - 1-2 pieces
- Cinnamon - 2 sticks
- Brown Sugar - 7 tbsp.l .
- Water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the currant, remove the twigs and cover it with sugar. Leave it on for 5 minutes.
Add the lime slices, cover with water and bring to a boil.
Add cinnamon sticks and boil the compote for 7 minutes, and then let it cool under the lid.
